He out performed every detachment commander within the troop on many regimental exercises including a Divisional exercise to . His trade knowledge is second to none on . His hard work within the stores has been revolutionary, and has ultimately resulted in the smooth running of the troops equipment management. His general conduct throughout OP TELIC was excellent. His detachment was the most northerly asset providing coverage for 16 AA Bde. During which he demonstrated leadership skills far above his rank. Often in danger and with no force protection he was an ambassador for the Squadron.
